Understand inner patterns.
Change personal impact.

Advance Coaching is for people who want to understand and change recurring inner patterns. It focuses on beliefs, formative experiences and inner drivers that influence decisions, relationships and personal impact – especially under pressure.

The goal is a precise understanding of oneself that opens up new options for action without reducing personality to types or simplistic categories.

When insight alone is not enough

Under pressure, the pattern often prevails – not the intention.

Inner logic

Under pressure, self-protection, avoidance, overcontrol or accommodation can exert more influence than conscious intentions. Advance Coaching reveals the inner logic behind them: what supports, what limits – and what new options for action become possible?

Systemic Root Cause Analysis (SRC Analysis®)

The focus is not the past, but its impact in the present.

Past experiences are considered only insofar as they help explain present-day patterns.

The central question is: What happens today in relevant situations – and what different action should become possible in the future?

‘In our SRC approach, the focus is not on what happened in the past, but on the unconscious conclusions we drew from it that still affect us today. When we understand the inner beliefs that shape us, we can act with greater awareness and clarity.’

What we work on in Advance Coaching

Inner patterns become critically visible under pressure.

The focus is on the concrete connections between inner drivers, observable behavior and the consequences they create.

01

Understand your inner system

Identify the beliefs and inner drivers that shape perception and reactions – especially under pressure. This reveals what guides behavior in demanding situations.

02

Recognize triggers and recurring patterns earlier

Recognize situations and early signals that activate familiar reactions before they determine decisions – for example in response to criticism, uncertainty or high expectations.

03

Manage decision mechanisms deliberately

Recognize when self-protection, avoidance, overcontrol or accommodation influence decisions – and counteract them deliberately. This leads to clearer reasoning and more robust options.

04

Change personal impact with purpose

Understand how one’s inner state shapes presence, communication and relationships. This enables calmer, more purposeful action even under pressure.

SRC-Analysis®2days
The starting point

Two days of SRC Analysis®.
A precise personal frame of reference.

Advance Coaching begins with a two-day SRC Analysis. Key inner drivers are examined in terms of their origins, logic and present-day significance. This creates a personal frame of reference for further development.

It connects biographically understandable patterns with concrete present-day situations, decisions and relationships.

01

Make inner drivers visible

Identify the beliefs, formative experiences and recurring patterns that influence perception, decisions and behavior – including their typical triggers.

02

Understand their logic and impact

Understand the function these patterns serve, when they take effect and what consequences they create for oneself, for others and for the organization as a whole.

03

Define areas for development

Prioritize relevant topics and define them as concrete areas for observation and experimentation in the monthly check-ins.

No label. No personality type. A personal frame of reference for intentional development.

From insight to change

The analysis creates clarity. Monthly check-ins turn it into development.

Regular check-ins connect the resulting self-understanding with current decisions, conversations, conflicts and high-pressure situations.

Four perspectives are connected in the process. They move from the concrete experience through the pattern at work to a viable alternative and its practical testing:

01

The specific situation

What has happened since the last reflection – and what impact did it create?

02

The pattern at work

Which inner drivers, beliefs or response patterns were activated in the situation?

03

The viable alternative

Which alternative interpretation, decision or action would better support the intended impact?

04

The practical experience

What changes through the new action – for oneself, for others and for the organization as a whole?

Continuous Calibration

Between check-ins, development becomes concrete.

New options for action are tested in real situations. The experience gained feeds into the next reflection and adjustment.

The protected setting

Personal development requires trust.

Advance Coaching is personal, structured and confidential. Content, observations and reflections remain within a protected setting. This makes it possible to examine contradictory thoughts and limiting patterns openly.

Where an organization is involved, the mandate, goal, roles and communication boundaries are agreed at the outset. Personal content is shared only with explicit consent.

The process remains focused on the professional context and personal capacity to act. Depth and clear professional boundaries go hand in hand. The coach safeguards this setting throughout the process.

The right development question

Three development paths.
The starting point determines the path.
